Close to dhow beach. This time it was a wonderful stay for us. From the moment we arrived hospitable staff made us feel welcomed. We liked it and recommend the place...

Food and location were good. Services were HELPFUL, no complaints. Within walking distance of Maarid, where you can have lunch.

Nothing much, except the breakfast which was really good with a lot of varieties and good quality.

*Very old furniture, no lighting in the room except on the bed sides, *One power plug in the room only and that can either be used for the coffee machine and desk lighting (they didn't even bother adding a multi- plug), so don't expect to recharge your mobile phone or laptop otherwise you'll loose the light! *There's a firdge in the room but empty :-) *Small pool *No Wifi in the room, only cable internet (so don't expect to connect your smartphone or tablet, and of course internet is charged *the carpets are so old that they smell

I had a most enjoyable stay at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah. I liked the relaxed, homely atmosphere. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly at all times. As a single traveller, the staff made me feel most welcome and at home. I had a fabulous time and will definitely stay again at this hotel. One evening I decided to visit the Hilton Beach and Spa resort but while this hotel is very beautiful, I must say that at the end of the evening I was very happy to go back to my friendly Hilton Ras Al Khaimah. Thank you, I'll be back.

The cleaning lady did not always leave a face cloth in my bathroom. This is a minor thing but I like my face cloth. Mybe Hilton RAK did not have enough face cloths.

Value for money, relaxing atmosphere, family place.

Waiters at the main restaurant doesn't know their product in the a La Carte Menu... Had to wait 45 minutes for my order and in the end it was all wrong...

Main restuarant staff are so poor in communication doesn't know the menu... they should be back desk and not customer related employees!!

We book our rooms well in advance. But when we reach at 2 pm. Front desk staff say rooms are ready and can't assure when it will be ready. She suggest us to visit their resort facility for some times. We went their resort and come back at 7 pm. Again the same staff told that rooms are not ready. We got irritate and asking immediate action to allocate rooms. But she say again and again I do appologies. Which no meaning and problem solving answer. I mention her name is Maria. Who is not at all eligible work to even in fish market. Finally this hotel create bad image of entire Hilton group. Many guest show their disappointment.

We were upgraded to the resort and spa free of charge! Super chuffed because it's more expensive. It's a lovely relaxing hotel but not very scenic area. All in all, great weekend away :-)

Water temperature in the shower wasn't constant. There didn't seem enough family friendly restaurants for dinner. There are a lot of mosquitoes at night!! Cover yourself in repellant!

A good place to relax, quiet and peaceful and the food is great

We didn't like the way how we were treated when we walked in the hotel... No staffs welcomed us at the entrance to carry the luggages, we were the one who place our things. Service is not good as when we arrived te room was not yet ready and we still have to wait for around 30 min yet the. Checked in time is 2:00pm and we arrived at around 3:30 supposed to be room is already ready. Very disappointed and no apologies received from the staffs... The place is excellent though we have a lot of issues that affected our stay...

Room size was OK, bed comfy and good selection of channels on TV for the kdis!

The hotel was very dated. The rooms were OK but a they're bit stingy with towels and a bathrobe would be a nice touch. Not enough towels by the pool either, they did provide them eventually but we had to wait a while. Food was OK, we did have the buffet and not a la carte but its all that was on offer in the restaurant we chose.

Clean rooms

Valet parking attendance was very poor. Not sufficient parking in front of the hotel, cars hooted behind us to hurry up and nobody at valet parking desk at the time. Reception copy machine was not working, they could not make copies of our Emirates ID's and only called us to collect after we left on Saturday at 11.15. We waited 2 and a half hours before we could check into our room since they were still cleaning the room. One of our friends waited 3 and a half hours before they could check into their room. Seafood/Beef barbeque on Friday night was only okay, not great. Breakfast was good.

Service n hotel was wonderful. Best service I've had in a long time. But the only thing I didn't like was that the room had a key to open the door not the card

Service was slow. Staff didn't communicate very well. Staff not very helpful. Always needed to find someone at a higher level to help us with simple needs.

Good location in the centre of Ras Al Khaimah

Sound proofing in the hotel is very poor and there is lots of noise that can be heard from the corridors, rooms next door (alarm clock ringing!), bathrooms next door (showers running) and also outside (music from hotel restaurants and next door night clubs). Not ideal for a good night's sleep! Also, the hotel is in need of refurbishment and front desk staff are a mixed bunch (some friendly, some not so friendly!).

No wifi or proper Internet connection in the room; wifi wasn't strong enough and the broadband cable was broken, so I had to do my work that required decent connection in the lobby. It was inconvenient.
